Soap is something we use every day, multiple times a day. We have to have it. So, why would we want to spend more to buy an organic product when we are trying to make the most of every budget dollar? The truth is the use of non organic soap can affect your health a lot more than organic affects your budget. Big name commercial soaps are filled with chemicals. One of the most prevalent is Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. This chemical is used to as a degreaser on machinery. Yet, we are supposed to use it on our skin. “The companies will not tell you that this chemical is actually known to cause cancer and also speeds up the action of male baldness.” On the other hand, the ingredients in organic soaps are all easy to read. They are natural and safe to use every day without fear of long term health consequences. “For many organic producers their ingredients are pesticide free and very healthy for your body and the environment.” Soap is not something you can give up, but you can give up the chemicals. You can use a less expensive bar today which may cause significantly higher medical expenses in the future, or you can spend a little more today to protect yourself from harmful, toxic chemicals. The choice is simple. ### SOURCE: http://ezinearticles.com/?Why-Buy-Organic-or-Natural-Soap?&id=6951601 PHOTO: Palina60 Loon – ‘Sapone Soap’ https://www.flickr.com/photos/pallina60loon/
